Brew: 1st 158 60secs, 360 ml kyusu (didnt fill), 4.4g, eyeballed water.
Smell: Crisp, a little grassy
Taste: Crisp, full bodied mouth feel, smooth, balanced, no sweetness, buttery, green-ness - different from what I'm used to, but not a bad thing. 0 bitterness or astringency.
Rating: 4/5
Rebuy: Maybe? It's a different feel from what I like in a sencha (sweet, grassy), but still good in its own right.
