Tezumi - Asanagi Sencha


Brewing: 1st 158, kyusu, 60 seconds

Taste: Mellow, grassy, slight lingering sweet aftertaste, smooth. Also brewed at 167 - not as good, more spinachy. 

Smell: spinachy, vegetal
